As E-commerce Developer at Ogaga Studio, I was responsible for designing and implementing Pas Pour Moi’s e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless blend of brand storytelling and usability. This involved more than just setting up a Shopify store—it required strategic design decisions to make the website visually compelling, easy to navigate, and optimized for conversion

Our Goal:

Designing Pas Pour Moi’s e-commerce platform wasn’t just about building a functional online store, it was about crafting a visually striking, high-performance shopping experience that aligned with the brand’s modern, high-fashion identity. My role involved both UI/UX design and frontend development, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and optimized user experience.

Step 01: Designing for a Luxury Feel

We grounded the UI in Pas Pour Moi’s minimalist, high-end aesthetic. A clean, confident look no distractions, just design:

  • Black-themed interface for visual sophistication.
  • High-contrast product visuals to grab attention.
  • Refined typography and balanced layout to unify the experience.

Great UX is invisible, so we made shopping feel effortless, Simple flows, Big visuals, Fast decisions.

  • Distraction-free layout keeps focus on products.
  • Intuitive navigation + filters streamline exploration.
  • Large, crisp images help customers shop with confidence.

Step 03: Built for Mobile First.

Since a significant portion of online shopping happens on mobile devices, I ensured the website was fully responsive and touch-friendly. Designed to feel native, not just resized:

  • Touch-friendly layout with thumb-friendly buttons
  • Clear call-to-actions with no visual clutter
  • Responsive across all devices for a consistent experience

CONCLUSION

Before launch, Pas Pour Moi lacked a digital presence that matched its refined, modern identity. The goal wasn’t just to build a store, it was to craft an immersive shopping experience that felt as elevated as the brand itself.

The redesigned Shopify platform changed that. With a sleek black UI, intuitive navigation, and mobile-first responsiveness, the new experience put products front and center, no noise, no clutter, just clarity.
